A real booking, from a sentence
"Same time next Tuesday with Sam." The assistant checks that an instructor and a car are both free, applies the travel buffer, takes the deposit and confirms the lesson.
It handles changes too
Pupils can come back and ask to move or cancel a booking. The assistant finds it, verifies who they are with a one-time code, and — for a repeating booking — asks whether they mean this one occurrence or the whole series.
It cannot invent availability
The assistant only proposes what the booking engine says is genuinely free, and it applies your deposit and cancellation rules exactly as the booking page would. It reads and writes through the same engine, so it can never promise a lesson you cannot deliver.

How does it stop me selling a lesson with no car available?
You attach two resource pools to the lesson: your instructors and your vehicles. When a pupil asks for a time, the engine checks both pools and only offers the slot if at least one instructor and at least one car are free for the full lesson plus the travel buffer. Book the last free car and that slot disappears from the calendar, even though an instructor is still available.
Can a pupil request a specific instructor?
Yes. Set instructor selection to optional or required and the pupil can pick the person they have been learning with. The car stays hidden and is assigned automatically, because pupils have no reason to care which vehicle they get.
Can pupils pay the instructor in cash?
Yes. Enable cash on delivery on the service and pupils can book online but settle in the car. You can offer card payment alongside it, or on its own if you would rather not handle cash at all.
How do weekly lessons work?
Turn on recurring bookings, allow the weekly interval and set the maximum number of occurrences. The pupil books once and the whole run of lessons is created, payable as each one comes or in full at the start.
What does the AI booking assistant actually do?
It takes a booking end to end from a normal conversation: choosing the lesson and instructor, finding a time where a dual-control car is also free, applying your travel buffer, taking the deposit and confirming. It can also find an existing lesson and move or cancel it, including choosing whether to cancel one lesson or a whole weekly series. It works through the same availability engine as the booking page, so it can never sell a lesson with no car behind it. It is an opt-in add-on with a monthly fee and a token allowance.
