"Two spots on Friday evening, and we need rackets." The assistant picks the service, checks the courts, adds the kit, verifies the member by one-time code, takes payment and confirms — a real booking in your calendar, not an enquiry sitting in an inbox.
It handles changes too
Members can come back and ask to move or cancel a booking. The assistant finds it, verifies who they are with a one-time code, and — for a repeating booking — asks whether they mean this one occurrence or the whole series.
It cannot invent availability
The assistant only proposes what the booking engine says is genuinely free, and it applies your deposit and cancellation rules exactly as the booking page would. It reads and writes through the same engine, so it can never promise a court you cannot deliver.
The AI booking assistant is an opt-in add-on: a monthly fee with a bundled token allowance, plus a per-million-token charge if you go over it, billed on your regular platform statement. Everything else on this page works without it.

Can players choose a specific court?
That is your decision per service. You can hide court selection entirely and let the engine assign the next free one, show it as an optional preference, or require the player to choose. Most clubs hide it, because auto-assignment packs the schedule far more tightly than letting everyone pick court one.
How do standing weekly bookings work?
Turn on recurring bookings for the service and set the allowed intervals and the maximum number of occurrences. A player books once and the whole series is created, with each session payable as it comes or the full series charged up front, whichever you choose.
Do I need my own payment gateway?
Yes. if you wish to accept credit card, so you can take deposits on boarding from day one. Connecting your own account will help you do that, however if you only accept cash, then you dont need payment gateway. Reservai currently accept Stripe Gateway!
What happens when someone does not show up?
You set a free-cancellation window and what percentage of the deposit and the total paid you keep on either side of it, plus an optional no-show fee. The rules are shown to the player before they confirm, so there is no argument afterwards.
What does the AI booking assistant actually do?
It takes a booking end to end from a normal conversation: choosing the service, the number of spots, the date and time, any add-ons, verifying the person with a one-time code, taking payment and confirming. It can also find an existing booking and amend or cancel it, including choosing whether to cancel a single session or a whole recurring series. It works through the same availability engine as the booking page, so it can only offer slots that are genuinely free. It is an opt-in add-on with a monthly fee and a token allowance.
Is there really no monthly cost?
On the free plan, yes. You pay a small commission only when a booking actually completes, so a quiet month costs you nothing.
