How do class capacity limits actually work?
You create the studio floor as a resource with a shared overlap mode and a capacity equal to the number of places you can teach. Several bookings occupy the same time slot until that number is reached, then the class closes automatically on every channel at once.
Can a client book more than one space in a class?
Yes. Turn on group bookings and set the maximum, and the client chooses how many spots they need. Availability is calculated against that number, so a request for three places will not be offered a class with two left.
Can I run one-to-one training and group classes side by side?
Yes. A one-to-one session attaches the trainer exclusively while still drawing on the studio floor, so the engine prevents a personal training session from being booked into a slot where the floor is already fully committed to a class.
How do I stop free last-minute cancellations?
Set a free-cancellation window in hours before the start and choose what percentage of the amount paid you retain after that point, plus an optional no-show fee. The policy is shown to the client before they confirm.
What does the AI booking assistant actually do?
It takes a booking end to end from a normal conversation: choosing the class or a one-to-one session, asking how many places are needed, setting up a weekly series if the client wants one, taking payment and confirming. It can also find an existing booking and move or cancel it, including whether to cancel one class or the whole series. It works through the same availability engine as the booking page, so it can never oversell a class. It is an opt-in add-on with a monthly fee and a token allowance.
