Products are retail items you can sell alongside bookings — like merchandise, consumables, spare parts, or additional services. Unlike services, products aren't booked by time; they're added to a booking as line items at checkout.
{primary} Products are optional. If you don't sell retail items, you can skip this section entirely.
The Products page at /provider/products shows all your products in a table.

Click Create to open the product form, or click Edit on any product row.

The tax rate defaults to your operating country's tax rate when creating a new product. You can override it per product.

Toggle a product's active status from the list:
Use the toggle icon in each row's actions column. A confirmation dialog appears before the change takes effect.
Click the trash icon to delete a product. A confirmation dialog appears. Deletion is permanent and cannot be undone.
{warning} If a product has been used in past bookings, its data is preserved in those order records even after deletion.
