{info} Tickets are how you contact Reservai support and manage booking disputes. Each ticket creates a conversation thread with the support team.
Every ticket has a unique number (e.g. TKT-2606-0001) that you can reference when speaking to support. Tickets track the full conversation history, so you never lose context.
You can open a ticket for two reasons:
{info} Disputes can only be created through a booking's dispute action, not from the ticket page directly.

| Message | A detailed description of your issue (max 5,000 characters) |
The support team will review your ticket and respond. You will receive a notification when they reply.
The Tickets page lists all your support and dispute tickets. Each row shows:
Use the Status filter to show only Open, In Progress, or Closed tickets. The list is sorted by most recent activity.
{warning} Once a ticket is closed, you cannot add more replies. If you need further help, create a new ticket and reference the closed ticket number.
