The All Bookings page is your central hub for every reservation. From here you can view, search, filter, and navigate to any booking's detail page to take action.
You'll see a table of your bookings — newest first by default.
{info} Providers see their own bookings only. If you manage multiple businesses, each one has its own separate account and booking list. Staff members see the bookings of the provider they work for.
Each row in the booking list shows:
| Column | What It Displays |
|---|---|
| Order ID | The unique booking reference (e.g., BK-1024). You can search by the number part without typing BK- |
| Customer | The customer's full name |
| Service | The name of the booked service |
| Date | The booking date |
| Time | The start and end time (or — for day-based rentals) |
| Status | A coloured badge showing the current booking status |
| Amount | The total booking value |
| Due | Any outstanding balance still owed |
| Resource | The assigned resource (if any) |
| Branch | The branch location (if you have multiple branches) |
{warning} If you see a warning icon next to a row, it means the appointment has ended and payment is still due. See the Auto-Complete Warning section below for details.

You can narrow down the list using several filters located above the table:
| Filter | What It Does |
|---|---|
| Search | Type to search by customer name, email, phone, or Order ID (with or without the BK- prefix) |
| Status | Show only bookings with a specific status — Pending, Confirmed, Completed, Cancelled, No Show, Completed with Due, or All Statuses |
| From Date / To Date | Show bookings within a specific date range |
| Service | Show bookings for a specific service only |
| Resource | Show bookings for a specific resource only |
When filters are active, you'll see a notice at the top of the list saying some bookings are hidden. Click Clear filters to remove all filters and see everything again.
{primary} Filters are useful for daily operations — for example, filter by today's date and "Confirmed" status to see which customers are arriving.
Click any column header to sort the list by that column. You can sort by:
Click the same header again to toggle between ascending and descending order.
The booking list shows 25 bookings per page. If you have more than 25 bookings, use the page numbers at the bottom of the table to navigate between pages.
Bookings that are part of a recurring series are grouped together in the list so you can easily identify them. Each booking in the series shows a "Part of Series" indicator. When sorted by date, the series bookings appear adjacent to each other.
The system automatically moves past confirmed bookings to "Completed with Due" after a grace period if payment is still outstanding. You'll see a warning banner at the top of the booking list when this feature is active, explaining that:
Rows with past appointments and outstanding payments also show a warning icon next to them.
{info} This automatic process preserves booking integrity — it ensures past bookings aren't left in "Confirmed" status indefinitely. You can still collect payment after the status changes.
Click any booking row to open the Booking Detail page. From there you can:
{primary} The actions available on the detail page depend on the booking's current status. For example, you can only confirm a Pending booking, and you can only mark No Show on a Confirmed booking whose appointment time has passed.
Staff members with the Bookings module permission can access the All Bookings page. They see the same list and filters as the provider, but their ability to take actions (confirm, complete, cancel, etc.) depends on their role's permissions.
{info} If a staff member can't find a booking or can't take a specific action, their role may not include the necessary permission. Ask the provider to check the role's settings in the Roles & Permissions section.
